Specialises in corporate law, tax law and book-keeping law

Has extensive experience in comprehensive legal advice to both domestic and foreign businessmen, especially in the field of company establishment, mergers, takeovers and transformations, and investment related services.

He is an author of numerous legal opinions, legal, tax-related and economic audits. On many occasions he provided expertise, developed concepts of commercial law partnerships and non-standard (unusual) economic contracts.

He is a co-author of numerous plans of company restructuring and economic analyses of companies.

Apart from legal practice in his own office he is also a partner and co-manager of “B&C Auditors,  Counseling and Auditing Services Ltd.”, a partnership of chartered accountants in Radom.

Former academic teacher and lecturer on rudiments of law, economic, financial and tax law.

He is fluent in  English.
